John Caperton


Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, John Caperton received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and holds MFA degrees from the San Francisco Art Institute for photography and Spalding University for writing. He was a contributing writer as well as the photo editor for The Nose Magazine, a staff photographer for The Nashville Banner and an assistant editor for Narrative Magazine. John also taught writing, photography and filmmaking classes at the Academy of Art University’s School of Motion Pictures and Television. He currently lives in Northern California.
