This book really got to the point. It is so true. I think that it would appeal to the over 40 crowd , however the younger ages could get a hint of what might be coming later in life to them. I could identify with Suze in almost every way. I loved the best friend, Marcia and her character. Elliott is a riot! I've know some people like him. So fun! Suze and Bob (her professor husband) are living in the doldrums of being married a long time. She is unsure of her return to the workplace and all the things that go with that. The story of lost love is awesome. Overall I would reccomend this book.. the title threw me for awhile but after reading it I totally get it! Great , quick read!
This book is different in a sobering way. There is alot of cussing, but they do seem to be how the characters would talk. It basically has a real look at what goes on in the lives of young people who are hooked on drugs and more importantly the reason they are. The answers are all there and it is a very personal expression of how we heal from the past!
I really enjoyed this book! In fact the closer I got to the end I suddenly realized that it wasn't going to end there! Sure enough it is to be continued. I can't wait for that! The characters are developed and the story line , while different, will certainly hold your attention!
