Usha Ramanathan


Ms Usha Ramanathan was born and brought up in Tamil Nadu, India. She hails from a fishing village near the famous temple town of Rameswaram. Her father was a fisherman. She knows the hard life of fishing families. Though she no longer lives in her native village, she visits it often.

“Tamil Nadu Fishermen Killings: Sri Lanka and India” is her first book. She has published extensively on the Internet and her articles and other related articles are archived at Tamil Tribune website.
