Joan Duncan is a retired attorney, law judge & district attorney. A trial attorney she handled many criminal cases, including homicides. She has broad legal knowledge & was admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court. She now directs recovery programs in many states to help people to find life-coping skills. She is also an Honorable Kentucky Colonel.
