Biography
Jeffrey Parfitt was born in South Wales 1959. He ran away to sea at 16 and at age 30 joined a government agency in London as a criminal investigator. 6 years later he returned to sea where he became Captain of a dive ship in the offshore industry. He writes in two genres, crime and action adventure with a nautical theme.
