A graduate of Computer Science and Information Technology from Tansian University and a founding member of Caritas University Literary Association and Art (CAULAA). Offorka Jerry has always had deep love for writing and emotionally focused therapy. With many poems and articles to his name, he also has a relationship counselling forum (Dear Counsellor) on different social medias to reach out to people around the world in dire need for emotional help and advice. Currently running his masters program on information and communication technology and his PDG in Education.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Abuja Nigeria, a place where almost everyone is trying hard to mask her fears and pains, a place where the young ones are in abusive and toxic relationships but feels it is normal. This idea behind this book was for it to serve as a wake up call to everyone that you can truly be happy and fulfilled in your relationship life

I started writing in my first year at the university, mostly poems and articles

personally, to me this book is a symbol of retribution to my past for the wrong friends, ideas and directions thrown my way, and an appreciation to all who helped channelled me to a future so bright.
