Smashwords Interview

When did you first start writing?
I am sure it was about age 5, but due to my age now, I have no independent memory of the actual event.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I was born in Reno, Nevada, but grew up and went to school in the San Francisco Bay area. I was very fortunate to live in an era of change. The 60s and all that happened, influenced me more than anyone could imagine.
