Biography

I'm a 47 year old guy married to my awesome and beautiful wife---Becky! I have three wonderful sons---Shiloh, Jonah and Micah. I enjoy watching tv and movies with my wife, dining out, surfing the net, reading, listening to music, etc... My faith in Christ plays a very important role in my life! I enjoy attending volunteering at my church! I love getting to know people online! So feel free to chat sometime with me! I have written over 1200 poems since 2009!!!!!

When did you first start writing?
I started writing in my teens in the early 1990s. As life went on, school, college, and working full time, I stopped writing poetry. Then in 2009, I asked God if He would let me start writing poetry again. He granted my wish! Since December 2009, God has inspired me to write over 1200 poems!
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I wanted to share the gift that God has given me with the world! I want God to use these poems He has given me to bless and minister to other people!

    What a great book of poetry you have written! It's great to see that God has blessed another brother-in-Christ in the gift of writing poetry! I really enjoyed reading this book! Your verses and poetry flow smoothly from one to another. It's great to see how you make great use of rhythm and rhyme in your poetry! It's quite refreshing to see a poet who's not afraid to write poetry that rhymes especially since online most of the poems I have read is free verse. Thanks for not being afraid to reveal your struggles with weakness and temptation! It makes you that much more relatable as a Christian! Keep up the good work you are doing for Christ! I have faith that one day you will be a great songwriter! And who knows, maybe, some of the poems in this book will show up in song form! God bless you, brother!
