Jessica Beale-Roberts

Smashwords Interview

What do your fans mean to you?
It's very strange to think of having fans! But the people who enjoy my work and take the time to tell me that - well, they mean the world to me. Knowing someone wants to read my work helps motivate me to keep writing.
What are you working on next?
It took me ten years to write and publish my first book, Paramedic Girl, but the next one will hopefully not take as long! My 2017 project is a work of fiction - the working title is When The Lights Went Out. It's set in South Africa and tells the story of how the world is changed forever when a solar flare knocks out all the power on earth. I'm currently working on the first draft.
