Starting her financial career in 1993, Jessica (Danli) Pang has worked within Hong Kong, China and now Canada. She is passionate about helping her clients make wise financial decisions. Her enthusiasm for financial counselling was evident early in her career when she became one of the pioneering employees from Mainland China at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong.
Drawing on her familiarity with the investment, insurance and taxation systems in three countries, Jessica helps her clients find the wealth management solutions for individuals and business owners. She was previously involved in the management of a large company in China; also a contributing writer for Hong Kong and Macao Economic magazine. Jessica holds mutual fund and insurance licenses, and has trained in personal and business taxation preparation in Canada. She completed Diploma in Financial Planning and has obtained the FPSC Level 1™ Certification in Financial Planning. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Jessica lives with her family in the beautiful Vancouver area.
When did you first start writing?
I started writing when I was 15, and I write almost every day. Writing is one of the things that gives me the most pleasure.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Life! Life is an experience. Every day I can enjoy more beautiful things the universe has to offer; every day I can make a difference in other people's lives; every day I can turn a challenge into an opportunity...the possibilities are endless.
