J F Rogers

Biography

J. F. Rogers has always been a daydreamer…which resulted in quite a few bad grades. Her once troublesome imagination now serves to create worlds readers can visit. Despite her report card as a kid, she earned a B.S. in Behavioral Science. She even teaches Sunday School classes and leads women’s Bible studies.

She lives in Southern Maine with her husband and daughter. If she’s not visiting Ariboslia, you can find her buried in snow or kayaking, depending on the time of year. Or at church. She enjoys reading, watching television, going to concerts, drinking coffee, and gabbing. But you won’t figure out her pattern—she’s consistently inconsistent.

Seventeen-year-old Fallon Webb receives an amulet which leads her to a foreign land full of unusual creatures, shape-shifters, and something she’s always longed for—family. In Ariboslia, she learns her mother is alive. Vampire-like creatures have her and many others captive. Most distressing is the prophecy that devastated her family. If it’s right Fallon must destroy the vampires’ leader.
