For me this book was something new. I had not really read anything in this genre before... I was trying to see if I liked it at all... and guess what I did. I love this book. The story starts off with a normal girl who lead s a normal life. She is just just like me (except she doesn't seem to read non-stop). Izzy has a job, a roommate (who is HOT), and a family that she greatly misses. But one day everything, and I mean everything, changes. Is it for the better? I am not sure. There are more books to come. I can tell you that this book is very well written, has great character development, a fantastic story line that has not been overused, and suspenseful moments that will have you trying to read faster and slower at the same time. There were a few moments in this book that I had to read over again because I loved them so much. Since buying this book I have read the entire series and have re-read the entire series... So I will say this.. THIS is a series that you will love. It is complete so no waiting for the next book to come out. It ends nicely and the ending fits the characters and the story line.
