Juliana (Jill) Muehrcke is the author of dozens of books and the founding editor of the award-winning magazine Nonprofit World (snpo.org). In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, especially as a yoga teacher. With degrees in English and psychology, she enjoys reading and writing about how people can change their brains to forge new lives. Since beginning her recovery journey in 1984, she has collected resources and exercises to help herself and others enlarge their horizons and wake up happy every day.
