Jeanne Kinkade
J. Kinkade served as a counterintelligence representative for the National Security Agency for many years and worked closely with the CIA, the FBI, and the counterintelligence elements of the Air Force, Army, and Navy to neutralize the espionage threat to the United States. She contributed her expertise to the publication of numerous national level threat assessments and damage assessments, including those of Robert Hansen (FBI), Ana Belen Montes (Defense Intelligence Agency), and David Sheldon Boone (US Army).
J. Kinkade lives with her husband, Scott, and their two young boys in Baltimore, Maryland. She would love to hear from you.
