I'm a U.S.M.C. Veteran and lover of science, science fiction and robotics. I wonder about the future of humanity and how we will interact with robots in that future. I try to explore these ideas in my stories because they fascinate me. If they fascinate you too or someone you know tell them about my stories. My ebooks are always PG-13 rated without any foul language.
After returning from a grueling training mission and wanting only to rest, Sgt. Gallagher and his marines are once again called into action. The CIDC (Cyber Intell Design Corporation) has discovered an enemy space station. Sgt. Gallagher's marines have been volunteered to assist in investigating and destroying it if they can. No other unit has ever struck this deep into enemy space and lived.
When the Fleet Marine Striker Battalion receives an urgent request for help they send in the best. Sgt. Gallagher and Sgt. Cook bring their squads together to respond to the threat. They must infiltrate the enemy occupied facility and link up with surviving security personnel. Together they must secure sensitive data and try to get out alive.
Fleet Marine Striker Battalion command has conceived a plan that could turn the tide of the war. To bring that plan to fruition they need the android prototypes from top secret research facility RD3-Omega. When the facility comes under attack by enemy forces that plan is thrown into jeopardy. Sgt. Massey must evacuate the prototypes and deliver them safely to the FMSB.
Sgt. Gallagher is forced to except a new combat medic into third squad. Together with his new medic (Medical Android MD-106527-234) their small rescue team must undertake a daring mission. They must find an old friend who has gone missing in action behind enemy lines, before the enemy finds him first.
Doc and Sgt.Gallagher find themselves all alone on a bombed out and war torn planet. Together they struggle to reach the extraction point with the intelligence they have gathered and receive aid from a mysterious stranger along the way.
It's nice to have a GOOD robot story for a change, instead of always having the robots wanting to wipe out humanity. I loved this book and would recommend it to anyone who likes Isaac Asimov type stories, where the robots are the GOOD GUYS!
