Joan James-Reid

Biography

Joan James-Reid holds credential in Technical Education from University of Technology, formerly
C.A.S.T. in Jamaica. As a trained teacher she taught at the Montego Bay Community College. She also
attended York University in Toronto Canada. Joan has earned a B.A. in Psychology. In addition, she is
currently enrolled in a combined Masters and PHD program at a Theological Seminary in Florida. She
continuously writes inspiring self-help blurbs on a professional network and has successfully written an
Instructional Manual for professional use. Her professional background is in Human Services as a Civil
Servant for over 15 years.
Most importantly, she is a woman of faith for over 30 years with two beautiful daughters and a lovely grand-daughter.

What's the story behind your latest book?
My deepest concerns for the various missiles which are being launched against this sacred covenant of marriage. This covenant was instituted by God, Hinself and it is being disregarded and desecrated at such an alarming rate.
When and where will be your next book signing event as yet?
One will be coming up on September 14, 2019 in Peel, Ontario Canada. This will be done at one of Indigo (Chapers) locations.
