Michael Dalton has enjoyed books and music most of his life. His relationship with Christ, which began in 1976, gives him the capacity to appreciate the arts more than ever.

He has been writing devotional articles and reviews of books and music since June 1994, when he started a popular monthly column for the Emerald Coast Herald. Since March 2005 he has been a regular contributor to The Phantom Tollbooth (, an online publication providing a Christian perspective on contemporary culture. He also posts reviews and articles on Amazon and a couple of blogs.
