John H. Burns

Sailing since the 70's (perhaps the name of a new book), Captain John Burns has sailed on both coasts of the US, with a majority of time in the Long Island Sound / Cape Cod area.

Upon retiring in the 2000's, he has kept most of his sailing in Florida around Amelia Island.

Along with his sailing, he was also a certified Dive Master, and his appreciation of the Marine Bio-system and Marine Life grew, leading him to his first novel, Drizzle.

Will there be more? Who knows? The grand-kids, the sailing and the traveling keep him busy enough. With his 1993 book finally making it in to an ebook in 2011, perhaps we will have more Whale Tales to enjoy from the Captain.
