Bernard Cornwell and Conn Iggulden for Historical fiction and John Grisham for legal thrillers. I can't really fault them and wouldn't even try to.
What is your writing process?
A bit haphazard really. I write when I feel like it although I try and write every day. I can't let it consume my life even though I want to finish what I have started. I tried to write to a routine but there was always something else that I had to deal with so I decided that I would do whatever chores needed doing first and then sit and write. Some days are better than others. It's always an adventure because I have no idea how the next paragraph is going to end so it's as new to me as it is to the reader. I always sit back and wonder how a character appears in a book that I am writing when I had no idea that character even existed. At least I know how it's going to end.....maybe!
