The Polish Gourmet here sure has reawakened my appetite with this collection. By putting a few simple spins on an old favorite, the Grilled Cheese Sandwich has taken on a whole new identity in my personal pantry. It never dawned on me before to ever take risks with this simple delight by just changing cheeses and adding other ingredients than tomatoes. Still simple and delightful, this sandwich now had elegance and charm to boot. Thank you Mr. C for opening my eyes and brainstorming this everyday meal.
