Wilson- Salmons


Janet Salmons and Lynn Wilson share a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration using online, face-to-face and hybrid means of communication to produce important, innovative outcomes that could not be accomplished with the knowledge and expertise of players working independently. Together they are creating the Integrative Thinking Series.

Lynn and Janet co-edited the Handbook of Research on Electronic Collaboration and Organizational Synergy, published by IGI Global. This collection contains 50 peer reviewed chapters from researchers from 20 countries and diverse disciplines.

Dr.Salmons has served on the graduate faculty of the Capella University School of Business and Technology since 1999. She is a scholar-practitioner and consultant through her company, Vision2Lead, Inc. She makes her home in Boulder, Colorado.

Dr. Wilson is the Executive Director of SeaTrust Institute and teaches for Kaplan University. She makes her home in Olympia, Washington.
