This is one of the best books I've read on Smashwords. I loved the protagonist Harry, but all the characters are so vividly portrayed. It's not the typical gay romance you seem to get - the trite story of gay couples overcoming the prejudice of their families and finding a perfect HEA. Instead, this story is funny and a little dark. The characters are very flawed but so wonderfully written that you can understand their motivations and like them anyway. The themes of S&M and prostitution are written in a sympathetic and un-sensational manner that makes it educational, understandable and a joy to read. I loved it. There's also a free story set after this one called 'Tinsel is like Bondage for Trees'.
Starlight: An MM Romance Vampire Short on April 12, 2013

This is a very well-written short story. I liked the combination of a werewolf with a vampire - nice to see something slightly unusual in the supernatural genre. Like the other reviewers, my only complaint is that it is too short.
Frustration on April 12, 2013

This book is set in a high school for super-rich kids, but it's easy to identify with the characters. The level of friendship and relationship angst is just right. I do wish the author had given it more of a sense of place - I kept forgetting that they're in Ireland so I had to give them accents inside my head.
