What are your five favorite books, and why?
While I enjoy fiction, I tend to prefer and mainly read books related to spiritual formation and theology. My top five books currently would be:
1. Heavenly Man, by Brother Yun, which gives and amazing portrait of the Chinese underground church.
2. I Don't Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist, by Norman Geisler and Frank Turek, where we find a soundly reasoned scientific and philosophical look at the existence of God and the accounts of Jesus in the New Testament.
3. The Pursuit of God, by AW Tozer, which is a classic work on having a vibrant personal relationship with God.
4. Revolution in World Missions, by KP Yohannan, a book that will challenge every believer to rethink their life and approach to reaching the world for Christ.
5. Absolute Surrender, by Andrew Murray, another classic work that encourages us to make God's will our own.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I prefer the iPad with iBooks. My 90 year-old grandfather, who has seen a couple of things in his time, has given one of the best endorsements of the iPad when he said that it was "the best invention he had ever seen". He recently upgraded from the original iPad to the new iPad Air 2.
