Scott Ellis

People do change. I write about a wide range of topics with this theme common to all. With intention and grace we can change for the better. As individuals, family members, team members, and leaders we learn from both success and failure. As I write about how individuals and organizations grow and change the topic ranges from individual healing to leadership, to process improvement. My goal is that each book results before and after pictures that delight the reader. I write as lead confessor to failure, consumer of grace, and avid seeker of improvement. My Christian faith underlies all that I do and while I do not preach without invitation, I endeavor to live and work based on the principles of intention and grace.
