Katje van Loon is a genderqueer author, poet, and menace to society. Zie enjoys writing stories about fallen goddesses and complex women on quests to find redemption or maybe just a reason to live. Zie's also published some poetry and it's pretty good.
Katje lives in the suburbs of Vancouver, BC, Canada, with zir fiancé and their assorted collection of books, video games, and movies.
When did you first start writing?
My mother swears on her life that I wrote my first poem when I was 2. I didn't start seriously applying myself to my writing until I was 12, however.
