Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Oh yes! I was about nine, and I wrote a story about a teenage girl who falls in love with Frankenstein's monster (Frank). I remember he picked her up for a date in a Corvette and had to wear a "nice young man" mask.
That was about 15 years before paranormal romance came onto the market. If only I'd known!
What do you read for pleasure?
I read a LOT of romance, mostly contemporary and historical romance. But when I'm looking for something different, I reach for nonfiction, especially histories of London.
