Kayla Suzan Burnim lives in North Idaho, she is attending North Idaho College for Anthropology. She loves to read, write, and draw in free time. She owns over 500 books. Writing is something she finds can bring joy in every aspect.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up on the coast of California, till I was 8, so that formed my love of the ocean, I use that in my stories, and then moved to Idaho, which causes me to bring in some tribal settings.
When did you first start writing?
I think since I could first pick up a pencil, I was always creating new words, and fighting imaginary dragons. I guess I never grew out of that stage.
