Kay Kauffman

Biography

A geek to the core, I reside in the midst of an Iowa cornfield with my husband and four children. When I'm not chasing the kids every which way but loose, you can find me penning fantastical tales of great heroism and twue wuv...and possibly procrastinating online.

Smashwords Interview

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in a small town in Iowa with my dad and my sister. Many of the characters in my books share similar backgrounds to my own.
When did you first start writing?
I've been writing for as long as I can remember, and probably longer. I love telling stories and getting into my characters' heads.
