Biography

Kandace Campbell is an avid screenwriter and theatrical producer hailing from the Windy City of Chicago, IL. She holds a B.A in English from The Pennsylvania State University. She briefly studied Sport Management at Drexel before enrolling herself in law school. She is currently living in Philadelphia with her husband Darrell and their son Aidan.

What do you read for pleasure?
I read magazines, everything from Money, Forbes, and Southern Living, to Essence, Fortune, and Food. I love to cook!
I also read Emily Giffin and Candace Bushnell. The classics are some of my favorites; Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, Ragtime by E.L Doctorow, Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger, and Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain.
I love rereading Ciao America by Beppe Severgnini and last but certainly not least, any title from Maya Angelou, Zora Neale Hurston, Langston Hughes, Toni Morrison, Ralph Ellison and August Wilson. There's not a genre or author I won't read. The many I've listed are the ones I've gained pleasure from.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
IPad and the Kindle. I have both.
