Biography
I am a clinical psychologist with 33+ years of practice in many different settings. From a mostly cognitive behavioral orientation, I collected brief, one-line bits of wisdom that I believe will be imensely helpful to people who want to grow themselves, to beginning therapists, to teachers, and to seasoned therapists. Many of these one-liners are familiar sayings that can summarize a valuable idea in a few words, making them easy to remember and apply in a later situation. I am pleased to give people a unique handle on key concepts in emotional and psychological growth.
