James Christie


James Christie received his Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Toronto, with a specialization in first century AD literature and history. Much of his life’s work has been devoted to the Greek texts that eventually found their way into the New Testament collection. For the past 15 years he taught at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto. He also served as a pastor in Ontario for over 30 years. Jim is a lover of nature and spends much of his free time in the outdoors. He leads a simple, quiet life in Pickering, Ontario.
