A very solid and enjoyable story. Both evocative and disturbing. She creates an intriguing world with very believable characters you truly grow to care about. The plot is an imaginative departure for the typical post-apocalyptic genre with an unexpected and rewarding ending (no spoilers here). Highly recommended.
