Kalei Rea grew up with memories of good food and family to enjoy meals together. She started learning to cook at 10 years old, though she helped at a far younger age at the kitchen counter!
Kalei started to write down the recipes she cooked and baked while learning. As the years passed, those recipes filled several notebooks, and many more dishes were created as she experimented in the kitchen. Entertaining others with food in decorative presentations was her favorite thing to do! She continues to create more delicious and unique recipes that are willingly tested by her family.
Kalei's family kept encouraging her to print her recipes into a cookbook. After a few years, she finally decided to do just that. Presenting the recipes in this new series - Kaleidoscope of Recipes!
This series will be a collection of recipes that Kalei has created and adapted from the recipes she used during her years of fun in the kitchen. There will be recipes that cover a variety of "diets" and lifestyles. All of these recipes are healthy and delicious!
This book is a compilation of 15 Thanksgiving recipes that have been used by our family for decades. Many of these recipes can be used for other holidays and celebrations, as well. We have added a bonus section of recipes for the well-known Thanksgiving leftovers to help keep your family happy for days afterwards.
