Deborah McClatchey

Deborah McClatchey has been writing fiction on a variety of subjects for both adults and kids since the late '80's, with a preference for writing about the paranormal. Raising two young tortoises and writing takes up most of her time. She has a married son living on the east coast. Look for more romance for adults, and horror stories for teens in the near future

I love mysteries/thrillers and found this legal murder mystery quite interesting from the get go. The characters were likable (except for the bad person) and well developed. I had a feeling about Sarah in the beginning and was glad to eventually find out I was right. No bad language which I found refreshing. A bit of romance, some sadness, thrills and surprising action. Not too much violence. I read it before bed every night until I finished. The conclusion was not predictable. I look forward to the next book in the series to see what Taylour is up to next. Awarding it five stars for sure! Thank you to the author for the complimentary copy in exchange for an honest review.

What a captivating collection of poems and words of wisdom. O’Brien has done an incredible job of putting this all together creating a gem of a book. I love all of his works and this one did not disappoint. A must for your library for sure! I give it high marks!
