Biography
Lance lives in Hampshire, England, with his wife and three dogs. He has three grown up children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
His mother was from the Highlands of Scotland and his father is from Yorkshire. As his Mum appeared in the 1956 release of the film The Man Who Knew Too Much when she was pregnant with Lance, he can genuinley claim to have been the bump in the night in a Hitchcock film!
He has played (field) hockey since he was seven years old. He now plays veterans hockey for Andover Diamonds.
His favourite films are Jungle Book, Brassed Off and The Fastest Indian.
His biggest passion is the way that people treat people. Witnessing either cruelty or extreme kindness can equally make him cry buckets of tears. He can't stand prejudice.
