What are you working on next?
I'm currently finishing the initial draft on the final book in my FlameSmith series. When that's done and to the editor, I'll be back to work on my third Japanese historical. Writing is agonizingly slow now because of other demands for my time, but I haven't stopped.
Who are your favorite authors?
I really enjoy Olivia Cunning, Samantha Towle, Lara Nance and Jenna Jaxon. Their books sweep me away, which is so important to me since I don't get much time to relax. Kristina Douglas also provides such a fun and fresh read. My favorite historical authors are Meredith Duran and Madeline Hunter. Cathy Maxwell has always been one of my top picks in writers, too. There are so many amazing writers out there, but these are authors I can't resist.
