Layne Winklebleck


Layne is retired and lives most of the time in Santa Eulalia, Costa Rica (near Atenas) with his wife and life partner Kat Sunlove. He grew up in Tigard, Oregon, has a B.S. from Portland State University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver. He has been a parole officer in Oregon, a social work educator on the clinical faculty at the University of Washington School of Social Work, editor and general manager for Spectator Magazine in San Francisco and editor of a quarterly magazine of the Free Speech Coalition. Moral Turpitude is his first novel.
