I had downloaded this wonderful book to read while on vacation, and was so glad I did! Guy Harriman adds a master's touch in this gentle but sometimes startling treatise on the human condition. Like any good teacher, he invites you to rise above the everyday experience of life and to take a peek at the greater reality through a selfless lens. Relying on anecdote and example, he carefully and often humorously pulls a reader through many stages of the soul's path toward understanding and compassion. There are so many "ah-ha" moments in this book! In short, The Power of Failure is a gift from a humble yet powerful teacher. I hope this is only the first in a long line of books by Guy Harriman!
