This book is true to it's title, because that's what I was reading this book, "Spellbound". Once I started I found it truly impossible to put it down. I would tell myself I would read one chapter, and then an hour of two later, realized I still couldn't put it down. I found myself so inter-twined in the worlds created (both Fae & Human) that I didn't want to leave. The characters and story were both very well written. This story has everything: suspense, intrigue, passion, love, romance, deceit, action, heartbreak and is now considered to be one of my favorite series. As soon as I finished this book, I was downloading the next book in the series so I could pick up where I left off. I absolutely fell in love with these characters and can't wait to see how their story unfolds. Thanks Claudy Conn for another amazing story, you are a true talent.

After reading this book I have one word for you, “Astounding”!!! This book is a continuation of the first book in the Legend Series “Spellbound”, and brings us back to the Fae Realm and the aftermath that was caused by the betrayal of the Seelie Fae by Gaisioch. Now in the Dark Realm, Gaisioch is planning to unleash the Dark Fae, specifically the Unseelie Fae to wreck havoc on Humans. This causes a lot of trouble for the Faery / Human Realms and the Seelie Fae are determined to end Gaisioch’s plan, no matter what it takes. Willow Lang, is our heroine in this story and a real spitfire. She has struggled with her heritage (half Fae and half Human), and has a hard time determining which world she belongs in. After an incident in Tir (Fairy Realm) as a teenager Willow decides that she no longer wants to acknowledge her Fae side, and chooses instead to live as a Human. Then years later, Willow is offered a job working for Squire Shayne Bantry at his home in Ireland, and everything changes. She is re-acquainted with Royal Fae Prince, Breslyn, whom she fondly remembers from her time spent in Tir with her parents, as a child. He was the only one that didn’t make her feel like she didn’t belong, and she begins to wonder if he remembers her. Breslyn, as we have come to expect, takes an interest in his “Shee Willow” and asks for her help to keep an eye on her boss, Squire Shane Bantry. Squire Shayne Bantry, is a former Druid high priest, that has turned his back on his duties to protect the Fae and more importantly the Queen. Shayne believes he was betrayed by the Fae and turns to a darker side, while he tries to find a way out of the situation he was placed in. Shayne also finds himself attracted to Willow, which he refuses to give into, because he is sure that he can’t give her what she needs. However, he starts getting jealous when he sees Willow with Breslyn and realizes how much time they are spending together. Does Shayne want her to be his, or does he just want to keep her away from Breslyn? The story that unfolds between these characters is filled with plot twists, some that I didn’t even see coming. It also has lots of action, suspense, romance, intrigue, and is one HOT read. I was hooked from the beginning and was unable to put it down. I absolutely love this series and found myself immediately purchasing the next book “Trapped – Legend” in the series, so that I could continue the story. I can already tell this Legend series is going to be on my re-read list for many years to come!!!

This book was amazing, and deserves at least 6 stars. :) T.M. Nielsen is an amazing author and is able to pull you in to where you feel like you are part of the story. The characters that you create are incredible and I love getting to know them better as each story unfolds. I loved reconnecting with Kyrin and being a part of her adventures in Paragoy. Thanks T.M. Nielsen for bringing me another great story. This book proves that anytime that Kyrin is around, there is always a story to be told. I hope that there are many more Kyrin adventures to come.

This book was beyond words to me, and definitely deserves 6 stars. :) Claudy Conn definitely knocks another one right out of the park. From start to finish I was completely hooked. I totally fell in love with Chelsea and think that she is by far my favorite historical heroine so far. She was so relatable and I'm sure that everyone will find a little of yourself in her. The story and characters that unfolded were amazing and I was totally pulled into their world. I definitely recommend this book and I know that you will love it as much as I did. :) Thanks again Claudy for another amazing book!!
  • Night Marchers on Nov. 18, 2012

From start to finish I was completely pulled into this story. It had everything you like in a book: suspense, mystery, love, betrayal, action, and I found it very addicting. Once I started reading it, I found it impossible to put down. This was the first book that I have read by Rebecca Gober and Courtney Nuckels, but I can tell you that it definitely won't be the last. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves YA, you won't be disappointed. :)
  • Redemption on Nov. 18, 2012

This book picked up right where Book 1 (Night Marchers) left off and didn't miss a beat. I was pulled in from the first sentence and found myself unable to put in down. The story that evolved was one I absolutely loved, and the writing was incredible. The characters are so wonderfully written that you can't help but fall in love with them. I definitely recommend this YA series as a must read, you won't be disappointed. :)
  • Tainted Blood (The Brookehaven Vampires, Book 3) on Nov. 18, 2012

This book deserves at least 7 stars!! From start to finish I was unable to put this book down. It picked up right where book 3 "Darkness" left off and did not disappoint. The story that transpired was definitely my favorite in the series so far. It was full of action, betrayal, love, loss, heartbreak, and lots of page turning suspense. Joann is a very talented author that can pull you into the story with her descriptive way of writing. I am so happy that I found her work and this series, and I highly recommend it. I'm positive that you will love it as much as I do. :)
  • Trapped-Legend on March 05, 2013

I would give this book 6 stars if I could, it was absolutely incredible, and a great way to continue the Legend series!!! It continues the story of the Seelie Fae and the impending war they are fighting with Gaiscioch, and the Unseelie Fae from the Dark Realm. The story introduces us to several new characters, and let me tell you I have a few that I would go into the book for myself, if I could. ;) *Dante, is a Royal Fae Prince, who is given an assignment, from the Queen, to watch over BJ Mulroy and Brian Carrick. Dante has not had the experience with humans that Prince Breslyn has, and is worried that he is not the best candidate. This changes once Dante meets BJ and he is determined to protect her. *BJ Mulroy, is a Fios, who is able to see both Seelie and Unseelie Fae. She has a lot to learn about herself and the powers she has not yet realized that she is capable of. Once Brian Carrick walks into her bar, this puts events in motion that will change her in ways she never thought possible. *Brian Carrick, is a Druid high priest, who finds himself in New York for business and meets BJ Mulroy. They become fast friends and he realizes that she is the answer to his prayers. He shares his secret with her and makes a "Proposition" to her to help him ensure that his family home doesn't end up in the wrong hands. The story that unfolds between these characters is one that I truly enjoyed, and I'm so grateful that I found this series. It has all of the things you love in a book: suspense, love, heartbreak, betrayal, action, shock, and lots of hot steamy romance. This book will keep you enthralled from the first page, and you will find (like I did) that you are unable to put it down. Thanks again Claudy for another AMAZING book!!!
