L.A. Golding

Biography

L.A. Golding (Leisa) is a writer and editor who lives "on vacation" in Brisbane, Australia. She arrived with nothing and one day will depart with nothing. But while she is here, she's doing something.

At the age of nine, she flew a space shuttle to Jupiter with her German shepherd companion, Sally; they were back before dinner. When she grew up, she dreamed of being a famous Pulitzer Prize journalist, but after getting a Journalism Degree she discovered that she was too shy to interview strangers. She settled for a career as a government policy writer instead. Caffeine, chocolate, and curiosity sustained her there for twenty years. When illness struck, she quit her job to finish her first novel "Lerkus." The illness miraculously disappeared after the book was published, so she continued writing.

"Ashes of Liberty" is L.A. Golding's second novel, due for release at the end of 2019.
