Angela Oliver

Angela "LemurKat" Oliver was born and raised in New Zealand. She currently resides in the lovely (if rather shaky) city of Christchurch where she lives with her husband and overactive imagination. Having achieved a degree in zoology and psychology, she went on to get a job working in a bookstore. And thus, her life revolves around books - she sells them, reads them and writes them. Her other hobbies involve drawing and she creates miniature works of art which she distributes around the world.

I'm reading this now and finding it very helpful! I shall endeavour to put my plans into action. One thing I would like to point out though, is that Kobo DO take self-published books directly from the author. I have actually published one of my novels (the second is due to be released early next month) on I emailed them directly and they were very helpful. It was a fairly straightforward procedure, although I did have to acquire my own ISBN first.
