Kim Saeed is a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Expert, transformative educator, speaker, and bestselling author of How to Do No Contact Like a Boss! and 10 Essential Survivor Secrets to Liberate Yourself from Narcissistic Abuse. In 2013, frustrated by the lack of information and support in her own journey towards narcissistic abuse recovery, she developed her own collective space to help others break the narcissistic spell. In 2016, she launched The New Life Academy, an online school devoted to helping narcissistic abuse survivors restore their self-esteem and revitalize their authentic selves.

Kim asserts that, when harnessed appropriately, devastating and abusive situations can become the catalysts for profound transformation. She believes that nobody deserves to remain a victim of generational dysfunction or abusive relationships. Furthermore, she believes that all survivors have the ability to flourish, thrive, and create an ideal life in recovery.

Kim has always been passionate about advocacy and education. She has her Bachelor of Education with a multidisciplinary background in teaching, psychology, organizational development, and research. She has contributed to a variety of mediums including Psych Central, Thought Catalog, MOGUL, EverythingEHR and has guest-spoken on radio shows including Mental Health news Radio, The Overwhelmed Brain, and Codependency No More.

When she’s not advocating for people to rebuild their inner identities, she can be found advocating for animals and environmental causes, traveling, enjoying coffee and dessert, and spending time with her three sons. She is currently working on her upcoming book, The Way of the Warrior.
