I was encouraged to write this book mostly to let people know that this can happen to YOU! Inexperienced "experts" making an assumption the house fire was set, instead of thoroughly investigating what the cause may be. Finding out our insurance company adjuster and the investigator in the prosecutors office were friends and associates, and together they decide to "screw the Harmons" so they could be re-elected to their jobs, was heartbreaking. Instead of doing the right thing, they almost destroyed a young new family.
