Lindsay Cross

Lindsay Cross was born in Newfoundland. I started writing at the age of nine and wrote a full length novel for a school project. I received honours as a result. I never considering myself "good enough", so I put my writings aside until 1990 where I picked up my pen at the urging of a friend. Married in '93, my wife found out I could write and encouraged me to start again. I began with poetry and songs and have been published in this genre. Through the years I switched over to short stories and my first full length novel, which I just finished in 2013. I have so many ideas on the burner at present and will pursue bringing them to light. I am a cancer survivor from 2011. I am still in recovery and my first novel is a fiction about the disease. I'd hate to leave and not fulfil my dream of sharing at least one of my stories with the world. I have time on my hands to try.
