Melissa Dougherty Anderson


Melissa Dougherty Anderson graduated with a degree in Journalism/ Telecommunications from the University of Florida. After working at MTV Latino, Nickelodeon, and for Sundance Film Festival she decided to become an attorney to protect her ideas. She now has a Jurist Doctorate in Law from University of Denver, and practiced as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Colorado. She gave it all up -- and is now writing and living her dream.

She currently lives in London with her husband, their two children, and their Yorkshire terrier.

They love adventure sports such as running, yoga, paddleboard surfing, scuba diving, hiking and swimming. They plan to travel the world together.
