Biography

Kristi LeBlanc is an award-winning, retained executive recruiter with a global search practice at DHR International (based in Denver/Minneapolis). She is also the founder and CEO of Living with Certainty™ LLC, an individual and corporate "success tools" and corporate culture consulting firm where she is a corporate speaker/workshop facilitator, consultant, and author of the award-winning book, Living with Certainty: Experience Deep-Soul Joy (www.LivingwithCertainty.com).

Kristi has spent the past fourteen years as a successful senior partner, global practice leader, and member of the operating committee with several of the world’s largest, most prestigious retained executive search firms. She has worked for clients ranging in size from leading Fortune 500 multi-national organizations to mid-cap companies and emerging ventures. During her tenure as a Senior Partner with Korn/Ferry International, Kristi received the Excellence in Client Satisfaction - Americas - Award. Kristi has acquired substantial life success expertise through assessing, advising, and interviewing thousands of the world’s most successful, principled executives which led to the development of the Living with Certainty™ philosophy. She has been extensively interviewed and published as an industry thought leader on leadership and human capital, and also contributed to the textbook, Integrated Business Communication: In the Marketplace published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd. Kristi is a recipient of the Industry Leader Award from The Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal’s Women in Business Awards and Minnesota Business magazine showcased her as a Minnesota business ‘Power Player.’

Kristi is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. When she’s not recruiting, consulting, or speaking to organizations, she joyfully lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband and three small children.
