Stephen R. Corkrey

I've been reading science fiction since I was eleven. I found that first book in a ship's library when there was nothing else to do onboard. It jolted my preconceptions of what was possible. I've kept on reading since then. The Elder Daughter of Dark Sky is my first novel.

I am scientist and I study how fast living things grow, which has absolutely nothing to do with science fiction.

I live in Hobart, Tasmania with a tolerant wife, at least two dogs, and innumerable wallabies.
