Louise Willoughby has worked in South Australia’s adult industry in one capacity or another since 1997. She’s been a topless waitress, table dancer, stripper and sex worker among other positions and has always thrived in a highly sexualized environment. Now days she sits on her computer and writes about sex while her cat sleeps on her dog next to her.
25% Of all proceeds from the sale of all of Louise's books will go towards the medical expenses of Michael Boggan the young teenager who lost his hands in a bomb attack in Queensland, Australia.
What is your writing process?
I pour myself a vodka, think about some of the sexiest romantic experiences I've had and work from there! I reward myself with dessert every time I finish a chapter/story. Typically hazelnut chocolate but also once a week Gulab Juman. (If you've never tried it you seriously have to!)
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
My uncle read me Dune by Frank Herbert when I was a toddler and a few years later it was the first adult book I picked up at around 8 years of age. Instead of Cinderella or Snow White as women to look up to I had Chani and the Bene Gesserit. The littany against fear was on my lips many times after nightmares as a child. I dreamed of having Chani's ferocity and Jessica's grace and beauty.
