Smashwords Interview

What is your writing process?
It depend really. If I hear some very inspiring quotes or lyrics from a song, then my mind explodes into a million words that i could use. From that point, it would only take me half an hour to two hours to craft my poems. Then it could range anywhere from one day to a few months to edit it and make sure that I have the right words in the right places for the message I want. If I start from actual scratch, it could take anywhere from three days to a month to figure out what message that I want to express and then scavenging through a dictionary to find the right words.
How do you approach cover design?
Trying to figure out the right cover design took months. Almost a full year. I always have images of grandeur when it comes to pictures, but I cant draw them myself, so I have to relay the message my illustrator. He looked at me like I was teaching interplanetary physics. So I had to tone down my idea and we finally worked out one that was simple enough for the same meaning to be realized.
