Marcy Goldman, is a professional pastry chef, cookbook author, writer and the spirit and creative voice of www.BetterBaking.com. Since 1997, Betterbaking.com has been the online home of the baker who is also, as it turns out, is a wordsmith and poet as well as the village baker. She has six cookbooks to her byline, including The Baker's Four Seasons (available on Smashwords as an Ebook/paper/print on Amazon), When Bakers Cook, A Passion for Baking, The Best of Betterbaking.com and A Treasury of Jewish Holiday Baking. She's gone from being a traditionally publisher author to a rogue (indie) author and welcomes this new era of publishing and finding new readers and bakers. Her first book of poetry, Love and Ordinary Things celebrates prose from the wheatfield, dance floor and kitchen.
Goldman has been a frequent guest on Martha Stewart Sirius and a contributor to the New York Times, Washington Post, Bon Appetit and Epicurious.
She may be reached via firstname.lastname@example.org (www.betterbaking.com ) where anyone purchasing a cookbook of hers gets a FREE BONUS of 4 months of BB Complete Recipe Archive Access (over 2500 recipes!)
Her other sites include:
She is at work on a novel, a baking series and a book on scent.
